HOW TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY
Routine preventive maintenance has a significant role in achieving efficiency. Predictive maintenances also prolong lifetime of machinery, enable machinery work stably and accordingly ensure standardization of products.
Prominent preventive and predictive maintenances are:
- Vibration test,
- Oil Analysis,
- Heat control of electronic panels and motor windings with thermal camera system,
- Pneumatic and hydraulic system maintenances,
- General equipment cleaning.
Setup phase also causes great loss of time for companies. For instance, assembly duration of a pattern and the time needed to restart production can be decreased to 15 minutes from an hour by the help of some special techniques. Thus, the machine can be operated more efficiently.
